Denise Thomas

Kaye began her career with State Farm in 1998 and began working for Denise in 2010 as an Account Representative. She is licensed in Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance and Health Insurance. Her passion is claims resolution and helping customers navigate through any issues that might arise.

When not working on insurance, Kaye enjoys reading, hiking in the mountains, and her church family. She is the wife to Billy, mother to daughters, Ashley and Whitney, and also a golden doodle Siddalee! 

Pete started with State Farm in 1971 in Bloomington, IL. He's held positions in claims, management, and went into agency in Conway, SC in 1983 before being appointed to State Farm Agency in West Columbia in 1988. He retired from agency in 2002 to join forces with his wife, Denise, and her team. He especially loves helping customers with their Homeowners Insurance and Car Insurance.

He's blessed with 3 wonderful children and 6 grandchildren. He enjoys being involved with the church and playing golf with his buddies when he is not helping others with insurance.

Natalie has been with the Denise Thomas State Farm team in Lexington since May 2022. As a Customer Service rep, she helps our Good Neighbors with many of their insurance needs, including Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters, and more. Not only is Natalie always ready to help, but she also loves to learn new things! A couple of fun facts about Natalie: she was home schooled, and she loves to collect household plants! Jessica started with Denise Thomas State Farm Agent in 2023, where she serves as a Customer Service Representative. She is licensed in Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, and Business Insurance. When she's not working, Jessica enjoys crafting, traveling, and reading. She is also a cat mom to three beautiful cats: Bagheera, Lightning, and Yuna.

Katelyn started with Denise Thomas’ State Farm in 2016 where she serves an Insurance Account Representative. She is licensed in Auto Insurance, Fire Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance in the state of South Carolina. Her knowledge of the insurance industry, and excitement to learn, makes her an asset to Denise’s office and to our State Farm customers. Katelyn grew up in Spartanburg, and then moved to the Lexington area in 2009. She now lives in Irmo with her husband, Chuck, and two daughters, Mabry and Hallie, with their dog Maggie. A fun fact about Katelyn is that she’s a licensed open water scuba diver!

Alicia started with Denise Thomas State Farm Agent in 2023, where she serves as a Personal Account Representative. She is licensed in Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance. Alicia is from the area and attended Jefferson County High School and Oconee Fall Line Technical College. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and playing guitar.

Kristen came to Denise Thomas State Farm in 2018 eager to learn about the insurance industry, and to serve several communities in and around Lexington, South Carolina. She works hard to provide superior customer service and loves making folks smile. She’s licensed in Auto Insurance, Fire Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and also serves as a Customer Relations Representative to the team. Kristen, her husband, Chris, and her son, Eli live in Lexington and enjoy spending their time at the gym or mountain biking at Harbison State Forest. Kristen also has a dog named Sally and two cats – Annabell and Callie!

April Whitlock joined the Denise Thomas State Farm Agent team as an Insurance Representative in 2024! She loves helping our local Good Neighbors with their Auto, Life, Business, Home, and Renters Insurance needs. When she is not at work, you can find her at the lake or hanging out with her kids. She is a proud mom of three amazing children and one furbaby, Nala, her 4-year-old yellow lab mix. She can't wait to work with you!
